"Deaths and deformities in cloned animals are the norm, not the exception, and these studies make plain once agin that these creatures are suffering terribly in the process," said Wayne Pacelle, Senior Vice President of The Humane Society of the United States."
Wayne Pacelle is making a pretty clear statement on how it's quite normal for animals to die in result of being cloned; it's the fact that they were cloned in the first place that makes it terrible. Being one of the main causes for deformities, cloning should really be illegal, as it is in most states. Wayne Pacelle and I both agree, cloniong is neither the norm nor is it the exception.
